The house is approximately 100 sqm and offers splendid accommodation for a small group or family not wishing to share a larger chalet. The house is approximately 200 years old and has been renovated to be contemporary and comfortable without losing any of its original charm. It includes modern features such as Underfloor Heating, WiFi, Flat Screen TVs in all rooms, UK Sky, DVDs in all rooms and an iPod docking station.
On entering the front door a single flight of stairs take you into the large, newly fitted modern, kitchen/diner. It is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, double oven, four ring halogen hob and coffee maker.
The sitting room is large, but cosy, with comfy sofas and a lovely logburner which keeps the house cosy on those cold nights. There is a large flat screen TV with UK Sky, DVD, Playstation 2 and i-pod docking station.
Spiral stairs lead from the sitting room to the second floor and onto the galleried landing. Here you will find a small double or twin bedroom furnished in typical savoyard style with an adjoining shower room. Also on this floor you are able to enjoy the private roof terrace with the most amazing, undisturbed views of the village church and the mountains. More spiral stairs take you to the third floor where there is the Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room. All beds have crisp white linen and duvets.
